The rule for exercise is you can continue with anything that you've already been doing unless your doc says no, or in my case get too exhausted n uncomfortable to do it, oh how I miss running..

You've heard about the caffeine. Crossfit is pretty intense. Not sure what your doc would say. May say its ok since your used to it but after a certain amount of time switch to a different type of workout that is more low intensity. I know someone whoa doing zumba and can continue as long as she doesn't jump.

Switch to decaf coffee, I used to drink 3-4 large coffees a day but now I have a small decaf once a week on the day that I work longer hours. Avoid energy drinks at all cost. They have too many things added to them that are unhealthy for you, let alone your baby.

Caffein triggers  braxton hicks for me. Prob wont be the case for you but its important to cut caffein as much as you can. Energy drinks a big no no. Says on can dont drink when pregnant.

You're supposed to cut out or limit your caffeine intake. If you drink a lot I wouldn't go cold turkey but start slowly and ween yourself off. I know a lot of people drink a cup of coffee (myself included) or a soda. Talk to your doc at your first appt. Good luck and congratulations!!
