I need some suggestions on things I can take or do for energy I am 17wks pregnant and rite now I work full time, school, and take care of three kids I am tried all the time barely getting any sleep... please
Prenatal yoga before bed. Its relaxing and soothing. Might help you sleep better. Even simpler I love to meditate before bed if I cannot sleep to clear my mind and relax. Light a couple candles turn everything else off and just cheat your mind. Maybe a warm bath before bed? And some calming lavander scented spray. Camomile tea before bed dbl check with doc pretty sure that is ok to drink during pregnancy. I was going to suggest a brisk walk everyday but don't see where you have time dear lol I'm sorry. You sound so overworked :-( I hope one of those suggestions might be helpful.
I have a lavander scented wrap that you put in the microwave for a couple mins and it helps me just relax and sleep a lot more sound at night. Just get as much rest as you can you can't really take anything pill wise
