extreme mood swings at 26 weeks

I keep getting hit with this random depression. Or the smallest things will make me cry or get very angry (usually Nothing bothers me). I know mood swings are normal during pregnancy but I've really been on edge and am not sure if It's normal to be this emotional. Also,  what can I do to feel better?

It's very normal, but I try to take some me time every day. Find an activity that relaxes u & u can be alone. I will do a warm bath, relaxing spa music, manicure,  read a book, etc.
