fast food good or bad
Hi ladies I was wondering how some of you feel about fast food like mc Donalds and burger king. I try to eat healthy like veggies and fruits. But at time I just want burgers and fried chicken. I wonder sometimes if it's affecting the baby growth. My ultrasound are good am 22wks. But just wanted some feed back on what you think.

Fast food is not good for anybody..homestyle cooking is the best..but life gets so busy these days I think it's ok to eat that juicy cheeseburger or the fried chicken - biscuits from KFC.... Anything is ok unless we indulge...everything is bad these days for pregnant women..can't eat fried eggs unless there cooked all the way..or have any caffeine or eat deli meats..or most cheeses..nothing that is diet drinks it's like what can a pregnant woman eat...salad all the time?? Lol...I love to eat when I'm pregnant but now I'm 38 weeks I don't feel so hungry anymore - it makes me sad because I know I'll be having this baby soon..my point is..I think its ok to eat fast food every once in a while not all the time just like anything else don't indulge & all will be ok..
Well it's definitely not good, but I'm sure once in a while isn't going to hurt anything. As long as you've still getting your "healthy" foods in, which it sounds like you are!
Its so bad for you. In pregnancy your gallbladder and liver are under a lot of stress to process fats. It takes longer and can build up quicker leading to all kinds of problems for you and baby.
With my first bb that's all i ate during my pregnancy cuz i never had time to cook anything n he's a health 2 y/o now n weighed 7lbs 11oz when he was born
Fast food is filled with chemicals to preserve their products longer as much as it's tasty and convenient I've given up on it altogether whether pregnant or not.

Soooooo good but soooooo bad for us! Lol its pretty much the same pregnant or not! Most docs would not want us running threw the drive thru but I'm sure we all do! Just as long as it's not daily! :)
