Lost mucus plug last night. Terrible terrible lower back spasms all night and day only got three hours of sleep . At one point couldn't stand had to crawl to bathroom. Thoughts?
I agree with everyone above...sounds like you're in labor. With my first I never felt anything in the front. It was all back spasms.
Yes you can have back labor & not feel regular contractions. I'd call your doctor
Sounds like baby is coming. Have you timed them? I would go to the hospital.

Sounds like back labor. I lost my mucous plug with My first son and had the worst back labor ever within hours. I went to labor and delivery .. You could just call and ask though
