I was 17 with my first, not only was I completely unprepared but everyone around me stood about waiting for me to fall. Now, almost 8 years on and 3 babies later I have realised that there will be people waiting for u to fail and there's nothing u can do about it, just be the best you can be, even if you are a little forgetful, we all r!! Just enjoying proving them wrong and good luck!!
i agree..if u think ur the best and ull be fantastic..ur probably in for a shock!!but after a few days you know that baby so well..and they dont let you procrastinate lol!im sooo messy and will always leave things to get on top of me..im learning gradually to be better but to some it isnt natural to be super organised..but being a brill mother comes easy because you love that baby so much..you will be fantastic :)
It is my first pregnancy too. I personally feel a little bit inadequate. Even thogh my husband and family are telling me otherwise. I guess it is a natural feeling that gets to us new parents. It is because we are all worried and excited regarding the new life.
May be your husband is being extra worried that he unintentionally notice every single mistake he witness. Be calm, relax and do your best.

I'm joking a little there at the end but the fact that your worried proves your fears wrong. No worries mama
I can be very forgetful too, i have add and dont medicate while pregnant and breastfeeding. Before my first came I would have nightmares that I would have her in the Moby wrap, forget to put her in the carseat, and drive with her in, or that I would forget her at home. I think I am more on point than most parents... it's like I saved all of my energy and attention for kids. Don't worry, I think all women have this fear and your so is just rubbing it in... because, well... boys are stupid.
