pain in my armpit
I didn't notice it too much until I was shaving but my left armpit hurts! I feel it when I lift my arm and it hurts to touch. Random..I know. Is it pregnancy related? Anyone else have this?
O wow. Well I haven't really been anywhere except for home. And I'm a clean freak here . The pain is already starting to get better I think, its not as sore to touch as it was earlier. I think I slept weird and freaked myself out lol
Mrsa is a antibiotic resistant form of the staph infection. I had it in 3 boils in my armpit. Here's how it happened... i shaved before i went to donate plasma and the blood pressure cuff that was used on me didn't get sanitized. I think it was transferred from a homeless individual. Had to go to the er and have the lanced and packed without anesthetic. More painful than childbirth. Krep an eye on it. I will have mrsa for the rest of my life, i am now prone to boils and skin infections.
probably a swollen lymph node. I get them all the time from shaving. They usually go away on their own.
What is a mrsa?
I'm a little over 14 weeks. It might just be that I slept weird idk.
Lymph nodes are also located there as well so yes keep an eye on that it but since it's only at the one spot and your not swollen or sore underneath your neck it's probably not an infection.
Are you close to the end of your pregnancy? It may be you colostrum coming in. (Your underarm is made of breast tissue).
Make sure it doesn't turn into mrsa that sh*t is dangerous.
I'll do that. I don't want to call the doctor about every little thing....especially because its almost an hour drive to the hospital. Today is the first day so I'll watch it
You might have an in grown hair or a boil coming up. Normally they'll start with the pain and later like an irritation. Keep an eye on it for any bumps that begin to grow. If it is it'll make an appearance in about 2 days.
There's nothing that I can tell. It just feels like its bruised in one spot
Check for any boils in the area, if nothing, call your doc.
