food aversion to everything!

I'm due April, and I've lost 5 pounds in the last month. Everything I try to eat makes me gag and I throw it up. I don't have any cravings, everything just makes me nauseous. This includes rice, crackers ginger ale, juice, peanut butter, bread... Everything :( except winter green mints. What do I do?!

I had aversion to food and smell. Still dealing with the smell issue. I began taking my prenatal vitamins at night that helped some and then I tried eating toast. If it didn't stay down I would make sure I drank lots of water.  I would try toast with different toppings, just to gauge my reaction.  Toast with cheese, toast with cinnamon butter, jam and so on.
