ftm help

im breastfeeding my baby. they told me i should feed him every 2 hrs but he seems to get hungry earlier. can i feed him sooner or should i wait? and also im pumping and putting milk in the fridge to last longer is it bad for him to drink it cold or should i warm it up? thanks in advance

Yes. I breastfed a year. They don't want you to go more than 2 hours without feeding them. Otherwise you should feed on demand, if they want it give it to them. Falling asleep is normal (and a benefit for you sometimes lol) The more frequently you feed baby the more milk you will make and they will be hungry less often.

yes i don't think he drinks enough he always falls asleep while in my boob. and thank you very much :)

Maybe hes not drinking enough if you have extra to store in fridge. I'd feed him when hes hungry and encourage him to empty breast each feeding so he doesn't get hungry too soon. I'd also warm him milk in a bottle warmer.
