I would go more by how the baby is measuring on the ultrasound. My son measured two weeks ahead on ultrasound and came four weeks early.

Babies go through growth spurts. One month I measured under the next month over the doctor I said i could come back next week and be under again. So random for 45 weeks though. I'd just try to keep up the ultrasounds if approved by doctor and ask how he feels if he's not worried then you shouldn't be.
