Hi I had a little girl who did the same thing to me she was head down and for some reason at week 31 turned back up but her little feet got stuck in front of her face so she was unable to turn back I had csection and that went fine for me with no problems after and I healed fine. I hope your little one turns for you but if it doesn't I hope everything goes OK on delivery and healing :) :)
My bub was head down at 30 weeks and then at 33 weeks turned breech. A couple of days later he/she had turned back head down. Bub stayed head down until I went for my 38 week check up and I was very surprised to find out he/she was in the breech position AGAIN. I was sent to the hospital to talk to the ob there and he booked me in for a ecv for the next day. I went home and did some exercises to get try bub to turn (hands & knees, hips elevated, hip rotations, ice pack on top of belly and heat pack at bottom of belly). I got up in the middle of the night and noticed a big bump (the bum) sticking out near my ribs. So i thought bub must have been making it's way back down. When I went for my appointment the next day bub was back head down. So even at 38 weeks, bub was able to turn on his/her own.
