getting in shape

Im not talking about dieting or losing weight...
Have any of you successfully gotten in shape while pregnant? I want to be healthy for labor and for when my baby gets here. Im 15 weeks and feel like im ready to start exercising again. I want to feel good about myself and looking good isn't going to hurt anything either :) im going to purchase an eliptical to get things going again. Any suggestions or good stories?

Talk to your doctor first. They usually dont like you doing anything you were not used to before. My doc only allowed me to walk, swim, ride a bike for a little while for balance reasons. Some exercise is good, but may not be a good idea to do things you were not used to prior to getting pregnant
