I am the same way. 3 years ago I also had a missed miscarriage. My baby died at 7 weeks and wait till I was 13 to have a d&c. I even went home and took pregnancy test all came back positive. My pregnancy symptoms were still there and everything. I'm not trying to scare you and I would definitely go to a second doctor if you feel the first one made a mistake. But it is possible. And I hope that your out come is better then mine.

I don't want to worry you but you can miscarry without bleeding out having any signs. My first pregnancy was a missed miscarriage. Baby had no heartbeat and I should have been 9weeks and baby was only 6 weeks size. I went all the way to 12 almost 13 weeks before having a d&c (we waited to make sure it wasn't a mistake). My hcg levels were still high. I became very sick from the dead tissue. Sometimes it best to get a second opinion and decide what to do next if you have the same outcome.

A lady on here had to baby in the sac at 8 weeks or 10 weeks, she went back for an ultrasound 2 days later and baby turned up. Blood test should tell you HCG levels, they decease if you are due to misscarry. If it is a missed miscarriage itl be reason why you arent bleeding. Best of luck and will keep you in my thoughts x

Sorry to hear things aren't sounding good. Hopefully it's just a mistake and there is a heartbeat next visit.
