Any green foods can do it along with certain vitamins. I was on a special vitamin for hyperememsis with my daughter and my pee was green and sometimes blue!!

I have had this a couple times through this pregnancy. Not a very strong color or anything, but I was reassured that all is well. They test your urine at your OB appointments, right? They run tests for me every time because I had a UTI for the first few months.
