Yes... Drink plenty of water. When I was on my second pregnancy, I had to aim for a gallon a day. I never made it but they also stopped my bh contractions....

Ive been getting them since about 20 weeks or so and man can they be miserable actually had me worried at first because they were strong and I actually had to deep breathe through them since everyone said they were painless. When they happen my lo like the stretch and push up at the same time. I'm now 33 weeks and wonder if this is how bh feela how in the world will I handle the real ones lol

I've had mine now for at least a month, they are very strong and very painful (why do they tell us BH don't hurt?!). Even worse is when it gets LO all worked up then he wants to stretch and kick and all that and it's just terrible.
I have 10 days left so I can't wait to rid myself of all this. I get so jealous when other women post saying their pregnancy is easy lol I just want to slap somebody and cry.
