Menstruation after birth

hello ladies, I'm so worried.. I got back my period already, after 4 weeks (32 days) after giving birth to my daughter. Is this even possible?? Has it happened to any of you? I'm breastfeeding too, and I was told that I shouldn't be getting my period back as long as I was breastfeeding.
Please help with some advice!

Everyone is different. Some get it back quick and others don't get it until they finish breastfeeding. I got mine when i finished breastfeeding but my sister got hers after 5 weeks of giving birth. But we both breastfed for over a year.

Could just be post birth bleeding... My sister got some at 2 months (she stopped bleeding round 3 weeks), and I had some at 7 weeks (stopped bleeding at 5 weeks). We both got our real periods back round 6 or 7 months. (I know I wasn't fertile in the time between as we didn't use any protection!)

But on the other hand you could just be extra 'lucky' and already have your period!

I breastfed as well and got my period 5 weeks after birth. Then I never got it again. A few months later I ended up pregnant and I never knew. It was confusing but the doctor said it was normal
