Appt tomorrow... scared.

I don't really have a question, but I can't fall asleep and I'm super anxious. I'm currently 21 weeks. I went for my anatomy scan at 19 weeks and they found a pleural effusion outside the left lung, and possibly a thick nuchal fold. I'm going to perinatology tomorrow to do a follow up ultrasound to verify the findings. Hopefully it was just bad pictures the first go around, but both issues could point to chromosomal disorders. I'm just truly terrified of what tomorrow could bring.

I am 34.5 weeks n my baby have thick nuchal fold aswell . We went for another ultrasound followd by a doctors panels meetings. But the doc told us tht thrz only 1% chance of any disorder beacuse the fold isnt too thick thank god. Plus he adviced us for amniocentesis but he said tht if it came positive they can do abortion or anything because I was too late for tht. So we decieded not to have amniocentesis n just have faith in god. Everything will be okay. Dont stress urself :) .
