I slept and it's almost gone. Tired the ice pack. I took tylenol when I first got it. This is horrible :( I was going to vomit before trying to sleep but it never happened. Thank goodness. But still in pain.. maybe I need more sleep?

Sorry for all the typos. Also try a ice pack to the back of your neck. Lavender or/ and chamomiles aromatherapy heat up neck pillow thingys also helps.

If it starts to become unbearable, effect your ability to intake fluids or food and causes you to throw up everything you intake, I would go to urgent care. I had the same problem but got worse in a couple days were everything I drank and ate came back up, because my headache was bringing on such bad nausea. Doctor fave me zofran and told me to take 1 Tylenol 3 to get rid of the headache one and for all. He suggested that in the future the instant I feel a slight headache coming on to take regular Tylenol right away. Works better and gets rid of it a the root before it can escalate, because once it dies it can regular Tylenol is no help. You can take regular Tylenol all day, just don't exceed the dosage suggested; that's what my doctor told me.
You can safely take 1000 mg of Tylenol every six hours with a bad headache. I miss being able to take motrin and aleve...sometimes Tylenol just doesn't work.
Maybe some calming tea? I had a bad one too. I took a nap and it was worse. Finally I just had a plain chicken breast on bread and tea and it is finely gone for the most part. I dont know if those things did it or it just started to get better.
