6 weeks

I am almost 6 weeks. About a week Go I spotted for a about 4 days, barely spotting. I have had some very mild cramps that feel more like an extremely full bladder even after I have just gone to the bathroom. My hcg numbers are lower than they expect them to be by now. I was at a 6 on 9/22/13 & on 9/27 they went up to 91. My first appointment is on this coming thursday. Should I be worried? This is my first & we have been having fertility issues for 2 years.

The fertility specialist seemed concerned that it might be an ectopic pregnancy which is what concerns me most. The cramping is very mild & not all the time.

Try not to stress, I have found that a lot of women on here, including myself have noticed spotting between the 8-6 week mark. Some research says it's still implantation bleeding, but as long as you aren't bleeding heavily or have clots you should be fine. Don't worry, just relax but if you are very, very concerned, definitely call your doctor or go into the E.R.

The numbers themselves are something I have found over the years to ignore. The important thing is the upward motion of the numbers. Try not to stress about it. I know that is hard. Good luck!
