I'm having the same problems.  I take Tylenol if the pain is really bad and gas ex extra strength for heartburn.  But really the only thing that gets me through the day is trying to put my feet up at work if I can, stretching throughout the day.  Sitting as much as possible.  And, when I have a day of or as soon as I get home from work, put my feet up and rest, take naps.  Hang in there...we're almost there!
