Forget your doctor feelings it's all about you and your baby that doctor gets paid whether you show up or not... If your that nervous go get checked out...

Drink water or something to get the baby to move...my son moves almost every single time I drink G2 or ice water.

I think as long as you didn't hit your belly on anything you would be ok.  But keep tabs on movement just to be sure and if you start having pains I'd call Dr again

Drink a big cold glass of water and if little one doesn't move as much I'd go get checked just to be on the safe side.

I just fell in the shower this morning and landed on my back and arm. They had me go in to l&d for a non stress test on the baby. Thank God everything was ok. I would go in if you are worried
