7 or 8 months?? its to confusing!!

So I'm 32 weeks and I'm not sure if im stills7 months or 8 months??? Is a lil confusing lol I just know the end is near!!!

The book says weeks 29-32 is month 8 so at 32 weeks you are a full 8 months from my understanding

It is so confusing I got a book from my OB doctor that tells what month we are in.  It looks like weeks 29-32 is 8 months. Weeks 33 is month 9. I hope that helps out still confusing if ya ask me.
