help please

Before I found out that I am pregnant I use to get migraines that would last for a couple of hours and go away without taking anything bc usually I'm not the type that likes to take medicines unless I'm dying. Well since I have gotten pregnant my migraines are alot worse. Yesterday, my migraine was so bad I was crying. I couldn't lift my head up bc If I do it felt like someone was stomping on my brain. I need help bc I feel nauseous and my migraines are getting worse and I don't know what to do.

My doctor told me it is okay to take excedrin  migraine because it's Acetaminophen just like the Tylenol, and I'm the same way migraines were terrible before and got much worse...but they stopped after a few weeks

I get migraines when im not pregnant and tend to get them more frequently in my 2 trimester. try a cold cloth on either your forehead or back of your neck while your in a warm bath it helps sometimes. you can also use peppermint essence and i found it to be the most effective. Sometimes a couple Tylenol will help or try drinking a little pop the caffeine helps.
