Sadiasaquib....I hear ya...I had issues all throughout mine (and it's still not over yet at 37+5)....if it gets too bad, go into the ER. My doc explained it in a great way to me during my 1st trimester with all kinds of issues. Our babies are like parasites. They are going to take all the needs they need, but that will leave us malnourished, dehydrated, and our bodies depleted. Eventually if we don't take care of our bodies, the baby will suffer after our body is depleted.  Gotta have a strong and healthy mommy to carry baby. Dehydration could even cause preterm deliveries. I'm not sure how early that's an issue. What I did find out the hard way is that until you hit about 27 weeks, most medical professionals in the ER or even L&D are not worried about saving your baby, just saving you. So please try.

Try making fruit juice icees. That was the only thing I could keep on my stomach for a long time. And if you can try making fruit puree. Those are the best to for something solid. Hope this helps.

You need to keep hydrated. The is one of the most important things you can do during your pregnancy.  Some women do get the same symptoms as you while others have the opposite problem. And some switch between both issues (that's what I did). While it may be a pain...take their recommendation, and keep hydrating yourself and talk to your dr about it at your next appointment.

Call the dr and check what they want you to have. Dehydration is a concern. While this is not uncommon, you still want to be sure to not get dehydrated.
