Thanks yall. Its not the people in there with me that will care, its ME!! Lol Its impossible to see over my belly so I used a mirror and bought trimmers! Mission accomplished!! Thanks for ur feedback
My sister told me they dont and what she said is that vagina hair has natural oils that would allow baby to come out easier and helps prevent infection... now i dont know if this is true but thats what she told me
I'm 38-4days pregnant and I shave I'm 211lb its hard but I still find my ways doing it. It's easy when you do it in the tub laydown. And yes its not necessary but I have always shave I feel uncomfortable having a hairy vagina! Lol but everyone is different. Its easyer every time you go and use the toyle after delivery.
Drs used to shave women in labor, because they thought it would reduce infection. It was shown to actually increase infection. They also used to give enemas, but now it's commonplace to poop yourself while pushing. So I wouldn't worry about the hair, because all the bodily fluids pouring out of you will definitely take center stage. Maybe you should have your loved ones (other than your husband, of course) come see you after baby arrives and you're cleaned up. Just a thought.
Shaving right before labor would not be wise anyways. It could create an open wound, increasing chances of an infection. Many many years won have been giving birth with hairy bushes. If your family cares, that's not cool.
Only when having a c-section. They shave the bikini line
You can always get waxed. I asked my husband to trim me up but he refuses :( but i guess i dont blame him haha
I've definitely never heard of a doctor shaving a woman in preparation for labor considering there's not really any reason to. They didn't shave me when I had my first and I had her vaginally. I do feel your pain though, once you get to certain point shaving is definitely no easy task any longer.
No they dont. There is no need for it
