[hissy fit RANT]: fed UP with this %@!& Subchorionic Hemorrhage!!!!

okay, so those of you have been following.. you may or may not know I was diagnosed with a Subchorionic Hemorrhage last week in the ER, then confirmed by my OB last week. I saw dark brown/dark reddish blood ONCE, and it seemed to go away since then.

I was warned I could see it again, OR my body could just absorb it and never see it again.

well, I wake up this morning & guess what??!! more blood.. I call my OB and the nurse says as long as there's no clots or bright red blood I should be fine, but now all I want is to see my baby & KNOW for a fact everything is okay.. my next appointment is April 24th, unless I go to the ER.. which I don't want to do. I also have an appointment with the specialist to check out my "short/small" cervix on May 6th..

geez, I'm exhausted.. pissed off.. aggravated.. worried.. any words ladies??!!
if you have/had this hemorrhage how long did you bleed on/off for??!!

BUT I'm glad to hear all is well with you & the baby turned out fine!! I'm really trying not to stress or worry b/c my fiancé can see it all over my face, how I act, etc. & of course then that makes him freak out, but he really keeps me calm for the baby's sake..

I do have faith that God will take this away, and I do appreciate your prayers.. keep them coming, we need them!! lol thank you again, very much!! ((:

I'm pregnant with my second son and had the same issue. Never experienced it with my first but by the time I hit about 13 weeks all the spotting has stopped. Hopefully same happens to you because I was mess and all the worrying isn't good! Prayers coming your way and just try to stay positive :)

really?! 10 weeks... man, I hope this one goes away soon!

& why was it a threatened miscarriage, b/c it was so much blood? or b/c they weren't sure of what it was? that's my fear.. that too much will come out at one time, or I'm afraid it'll try to bring the placenta out with it.. since it's between my uterus & my placenta..

and yes, much easier said than done.. but day by day gets better!!

I was diagnosed with the same thing at my dating scan at 8 weeks and it wasn't absorbed until my 18week scan.. the doctors weren't concerned.
I had a threatened miscarriage at 15 weeks which turned out to be the last lot of blood from the hemorrhage.

Try to not worry. I no its hard and easier said then done - but apparently its very common.

yes ma'am, I'm de-stressing as we speak.. my feet are up, not doing anything for the rest of the night!

I know it's just the hemorrhage & it's normal, but it's just my nature.. and now my motherly nature too I guess..

Just dont stress u are bleeding maybe u can make appt at a ultrasound place in ur area to see baby. Maybe u should go to e.r to make sure ur ok ..I bleed with my son which is 6 now I bleed clots bad.. I.v and rest calmed it and no sex and just bed!!! Do nothing! Then it stopped gd luck I would get second opinion..

I'm SO glad to hear yours went away!! I have been a little worried, but definitely haven't been stressing too much b/c I do NOT want to hurt the baby at all.. or stress my fiancé out lol

I've also been on pelvic rest, which I'll probably be on the remainder of my pregnancy due to this PLUS I've got to see a specialist about my cervix.. my OB thinks it may be too short/small.. so I'm not sure if I'll need a stitch, hormones, or what to help with it yet.. BUT my concern was this bleeding.

that gives me a lot of hope that it will stop soon.. I'll be 11 weeks Friday so, I pray it goes away soon. thank you SO much for answering, it gives me so much more piece knowing I'm not the only one who's had to go through it!

I had one at 5 weeks and bled for 2 weeks. My body didn't completely absorb it until around my 14 week Mark. (19 wks 4 days now) So far baby is all good just try to relax and my doctor put me on pelvic rest during those weeks when I had mine

well that brings me a lot of comfort! because of me being so worried, I never thought to ask HOW LONG I could bleed for..

I have faith everything will be okay, but being a ftm makes it just that much harder.. thank ya'll so much for responding! sorry for the late response, I'm usually quicker than that! lol

I'm just 8 weeks but I have been spotting brown also and was nervous because with my first son I never spotted or had nausea but this one has put me through it already.

I had one at 9 weeks bleed for 6 weeks. I'm 19 weeks now and the bleed has stopped

Honestly hun..... I have one too.... And they were more worried about everything else other then a hemorrhage.... The Dr didn't say nothing to me about it..... And most people I know that have had it their babies are fine.... Just calm down your doing more harm then good stressing

thank you so much!!! luckily they say this hemorrhage is VERY normal.. happens all the time.. but that doesn't make me worry less when I see it! lol

That *****. I've been having spotting since Saturday morning (on and off with cramps, and ranging from bright red to brown). I thought I was done spotting seeing as how there was nothing today but a little brown but then I just had a laughing fit at my husband (he was being goofy) and I felt a little trickle and sure enough I was spotting. I just had a transvaginal ultrasound yesterday which had (in my opinion) caused more bleeding but like I said it seemed better all day. It's just frustrating seeing blood and not knowing if the baby is still OK. I will say a little prayer for you and your little one. Good luck.
