Curious how that might be different than good ol fashion healthy..lol I have always tried to stick with whole foods and still try to. But I dont have info for you other than stay out of the center of the grocery store. Stick the the outsides where you can find fruits veggies, fresh meat, and breads.. cook from scratch rather than mixes or boxes..
I am the same. I eat as fresh as possible. Just remember to check with your Ob before any supplements or herbal remedies. Some , even all natural/ holistic can be dangerous during pregnancy.
Talk to your midwife/doctor about options they can recommend for nutritionists, support groups, ect. It's amazing how many people they can help point you in the direction of.
