home pregnancy test

Ok I've take 4 home pregnancy test. I was supposed to on Friday but didn't. All 4 test have lines however the hcg line is very faint but definitely visible. Do I consider these positive and schedule a doc appt? My mother keeps saying they are negative and to start taking my birth control pills.

Same thing happened to me.  Even if there are two lines and one is really faint then you are pregnant.  I felt kinda silly when I figured that out because I took like 3 tests before I finally got the digital test that said pregnant or not pregnant I would get the digital test if I were you or go to dr to get clarification.  Good luck

I wouldn't start  birth controlled pills until you get a confirmed right result, if the test ain't clear go to your doc's for a blood test, it may take a few days but at least you'll get the right result. Its horrible not knowing :-)

Yup a positive is a positive as long as you read them in the correct amount of time. Just for reassurance test with a different brand. Hcg might still be low why it is showing faint
