breastfeeding &, drinking?
I'm a ftm I'm breastfeeding,I had first drink since I found out in April.my son a week & 3days. How long will it take for the alcohol to clear my system?
I am lead to believe pumpin and dumping doesn't work. The alcohol stays in your milk while its in your system. When you sober up, your milk should be fine. But i would definitely recommend alcohol test strips to be safe.
If you have a pump, I'd pump and then dump the first milk. Also there are alcohol test strips you can by at Walmart and target to test breast milk for alcohol
It wasn't that much at all!
