Yes you can bring your own pads. For myself I packed a couple pairs of socks, toiletries, extra hair ties, lots of panties, 3 sets of comfy clothes, 2 pairs of pjs, sports bras, breast pads, phone and tablet chargers, flip flops. For thr baby I packed 3 onsies, socks, a pair of bottoms to wear home, a gown and 2 hats. Also if you have a baby book most hospitals will do the footprints for you, I packed a white t shirt for my fiance to have babys footprints on. And a change of clothes for him. Oh and my pillow!
