In Canada, how long do they keep you in the hospital after the baby is born?
With my first I was in for a week because of issues with baby with my second I was there about 24hrs. It depends if you or baby have an issues. My 24hrs included labour and delivery.

I had an enema so they didn't wait for me to poop
It depends on the delivery if no issues i think its 2 days

I'm in Ontario. I had a vaginal birth with no issues I had my son Thursday and was discharged on Saturday.
