What causes a delay in ovulation?

What can cause a delay in O? I've always had a 14 day phase. Even coming off birth control, I ovulated when I was supposed to and got my cycles at the same time. I was due to ovulate today but I haven't. I've been taking opk's and I've always had a line on it. I started testing early just to check when I started to get a positive and so far I haven't. I don't even have my ewcm I always get either. So, I'm thinking something is causing a delay. I'm very regular so when I didn't ovulate today, I was just wondering what was going on.... Could stress cause a delay? I've been a tad stressed out the past week or so. I did notice today that I had a little nipple sensitivity. Just a small throbbing feeling. Just in one of them. Sometimes I get that when I'm close to ovulating... Anything else that could cause it?

My opk this morning wasn't light but it wasn't quite as dark as the control line yet. Maybe tomorrow. I've been taking two a day just to be on the safe side. It's hard to get BD time in with hubby working crazy hours. We BD'd on the 7th and today. So hopefully if I'm ovulating soon, the 11th will have time to help :/

I don't know what all the initials mean you shortened things to in your post but yes stress can affect when you ovulate. Being sick can also and changes in weight.
