about my ER visit last night...

okay, so aside from being diagnosed with the Subchorionic Hemorrhage (not sure what size), I was just reading over my paperwork, and I came across a couple things that weren't mentioned to me.. which leads me to believe it's not a big deal, BUT.. I'm just curious if anyone has heard of or experienced either of the following:

* Anterior fundal placenta. 4mm incidental potential cyst within the placenta. *

so, I have a cyst INSIDE of the placenta? I looked it up, and all I can find is articles stating a cyst IN the placenta can cause retardation of growth and/or damage to the baby.. WHY was this not mentioned to me?! is it too small, is it not what I think it is, that's not the hemorrhage itself is it? b/c I thought it was between my uterus & the placenta, not WITHIN the placent.. I am so confused...

from what I looked up about the anterior fundal placenta, all it talks about is my placenta sitting differently than some women, and it just may take longer for me to actually *feel* the baby moving around.. some stated as late as 23 weeks, even read 28.. man, oh man.. I just knew with my health history something had to come up!

ugh, does anybody..anywhere have any idea what I'm talking about?! calling an OB in the morning, praying they fit me in this week or early next week - I obviously have 1,000,000 questions!

ya'll are the best, thanks in advance, and keep us in your prayers!!! ❤

I learn something new every single day now lol - it's different, but at least it's not harmful, and I'm okay with that!

I heard of the placenta part which means you're placenta is in the front of you're uterus because the doctor told me the samething

My placenta is anterior as well I did start feeling baby move a little later than my first. Around 20ish weeks. And it's very normal it happens often ! It just depends on where the egg gets implanted.

lol my fiancé literally just said, "the doctor said no stress, and you're on GOOGLE?!" LOL!! --- thank God we are normal!!! I've had the most bizarre effects from medicines, diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis at age 20, I mean I've just been through it.. go figure I'd have such a strange yet "normal" pregnancy!

I even said last night, if I'm so normal WHYYYY have I never heard of my friends or family going through all this crap?! lol --- BUT, I've learned we all have our trials & tribulations, and I've claimed my healthy & happy baby!

thank you so much for reassuring me.. and keeping me off google for the night. he'll probably take the laptop from me if I continue lol thanks again!! (((:

Well I'm not sure on the cyst part but I have a fundal placenta as well...it hasn't affected baby or pregnancy at all. It means your plecenta is towards the top of your uterus. Hopefully that eases a little worry for you. I read your earlier post and was glad to hear everything turned out OK. Hope everything stays OK for you. Try not to stress (easier said than done) sending warm wishes and thoughts your way

They are saying it is a potential cyst. Not meaning it is. They probably didn't mention it to you because they want the OB to check it out himself. Dont get yourself worked up. I'd think if they thought you had it they would have at least brought it up.
