Extreme dizzy spells?! Why???

Does anyone else have problems with dizziness? I get it really bad! I'm limited on how long I can stand or walk. I'm talking a few minutes at a time! I get from my car barely to the door of Walmart and I have to sit down. All I can do is sit down all day or lay down. If I try n walk, I get dizzy, nauseous, shaky, heart races, sweaty palms, and my sight starts to go dim. Like I'm about to faint! I talked to my doctor about it, and he thinks its cause I'm not eating enough. But I am! I eat sometimes more then enough! Lol And i drink lots of water too! Anyway I'm wondering if anyone else is going thru or has gone thru this. Any solutions? Or help? Advice? I'm typically a very active person and I can't stand this being pretty much bed ridden! This DID NOT happen with my first pregnancy either. Not to mention I have a 7 year old that needs mommy to be more active! . :'(

I feel this way sonetimes too- i am trying to get more protein throughout the day- having some nuts in my purse or some peanut butter with an apple or something as a snack-- i definately notice it more when it's been a while since i ate... Protein helps give lasting energy without so many spikes

The glucose test doesn't test for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) only tests for high. They have a special test for diagnosing different types of hypo.

They also had me drink that stuff (glucose drink) then do a blood test to check my blood sugar. That came out good. But I'm wondering, can that change later in pregnancy? Like maybe my blood sugar got low suddenly?

Yea that's what they say every time I go to the doctor. That everything's fine. But I'm like nooo something's not right! They said my blood pressure & iron are both great. I'm so confused. I just know somethings got to be wrong... :/

This has been my problem since i ws 16 weeks to where i actually fainted and was taken by ambulance.  When i got to the er they said everuthing was fine, and it is common for pregnant people to feel that way sometimes it is due to extra pressure the baby puts on your body which makes it harder for your blood to flow. They just suggested i keep drinking lots of water.
