is it a sign??....
So since last night and even more so today i have a bad upset tummy. is this a sign of labour?? im 38wks. Been having cramps and backache on and off since fri too.
When I went into labor (mind you I never by myself did with my other two 1 i was induced & other planned c/s,so I didn't know what it was like) the night before my stomach was kind of off but I just passed it off as pregnancy.. I woke in the Morning to extreme stomach pain & then really bad diarrhea (tmi sorry)! I have IBS and thought it was just an attack but my normal meds didn't help.. I ended up going in to L&D cause the pain was unbearable & found I was contracting every 3 mins & was already 4cm ... By they time they got me on the OR table I was almost 7cm dilated.. Your body naturally clears itself out before labor for a lot of women
i could deal with a week! lol! still hav a few things to do around the house in preo for baby. Its such an excitin/scary time! hopefully bab arrives soon so. we are dying to meet him/her!
It can be that your body is gearing up for labor. I have the same symptoms before I go into labor. But, it lasts for up to a week for me. Hopefully you'll be able to go soon. :)
