tuna &/ cottage cheese

R those bad for us to eat? Not a lot or everyday but was wondering.
I remember someone asking but can't remember the responses

in moderation it should be fine.
I crave feta cheese.
so I try to eat a Greek chicken salad every 2 weeks lol. Not nearly enough as Id like, but enough for me to want to bring this baby to term

They are not bad. No more than two cans of tuna a week. Cottage cheese is fine! Good for you too:)

I think it's up to like 10oz of tuna is ok. Like previous poster said no albacore. And yes I eat a ton of cottage cheese!!

I eat tuna on cottage cheese. Normally 1 can a week. Love it!

My doctor said regular tuna is fine, but not albacore tuna. Cottage cheese is fine.
