i just want to poop

Goodness I just want to poop. I'm 32+5 weeks and its been days since I have had a nice poop. That's all I want in life right now is to poop. This may sound silly but its the truth . Any ideas or suggestions?

Try upping your fiber and water intake. Maybe an all fruit meal or fruit with leafy greens.

Same here @pregwith3rd786... i asked my doc and she was laughing hilariously congratulating me for superb bowel movements. Nothing to worry. Im 5.2" so she says my organs cant stock up a lot. My body takes the nutrients and discards the waste timely. Nothing to worry. I shud worry only if the stool is watery. Im a vegetarian so i have all veggies and fruits.. and lots of water. Coconut water is especially good..

Some1 plz tell me how to keep my poop in @disha-preg Im also running to the Loo after a meal or even a snack. Its like 5-6 times a day cant Take it ne more.

I have this issue a lot since I have been having to be on Iron all through this pregnancy and with in the last two months had to have my iron intake doubled... It's so hard on my bowels :( all I can suggest that's so far worked for me is Eat lots of fruit and drink lots of water!
Also I found when ever I had this issue to I would have a Acai/pomogranet and blueberry yogurt smoothly. Make it yourself or get it from booster juice or orange Julius! Storks like a charm on Me everytime!!

I'm sure you already have been eating the right diet. If after a coupleb days of high fiber and lots of water you are still backed up, try taking two PruneLax pills before bed.  For me, that works well in the morning.  You might have a bit of cramping for 30-40 minutes while you go, if you are sensitive to it, but if you are as desperate as me, it was so worth it.

Activia yogurt, bananas, plenty water, milk with fiber cereal, dried prunes or the juice, lots of green and leafy veggies..... such as spinach and broccli.

I know I just delivered and I couldn't go number 2 for 4 days. I was told to use a stool softener. Because you haven't gone for so long it can get dry. So drink lots of water too.

Well i could recommend u increase ur water and fluid intake.. i hav a lot of water throughout the day. Plus milk 3 times a day

Omg.  Im just the opposite.. i want my poop to stop after every meal or snack i take.. i eat and poop...
