don't know what to do
so its been two weeks with no word from my sons dad he has disappeared I think he went back to Michigan where he if from I have called ,texted,contacted him on all his social sites and found out I have been deleted from them all...so today I contacted his mom anf sister through Facebook maybe that will get me somewhere ..I'm so angry Idk what to do I'm already doing it on my own with my daughters I cant believe that I will have another fatherless child I'm so disappointed in myself for being with him man I have no idea what I'm going to do any advice ladies I'm just in disbelief
Check your state laws and statue for child support and file as soon as you can. Child support starts from date of when you file and no matter where he goes, his arrearage and payment requirements follow him.
A lawyer may be helpful since u are dealing with 2 states, but I am pretty sure that it goes by your states laws.

I really hope that's what they do for her cause I know it has been hell for me those three years I was given the runaround then the truth about them simply not caring waiting till he could not be located besides from hear say from my mom cause no paper proof etc. And cause my first bd was not military was revealed. I even though they seem this bd's commander and local child support is on top of it this time with the daddy being military I am still proceeding with caution hope kyrsmichelle don't get treated like I have been in the past by Oklahoma child support

I know the feeling my first sons dad is from Texas we move here he stayed with me till I was six months along I made him leave he started stealing money saved back as I was working while pregnant so I could prep for sons arrival what he needed had over 2000 saved up for those things and to go to towards college fund etc. All of it dissappered and only he knew where it was. had been trying for three years to get child support got the DNA test done all the paperwork well he has only had one job his life and got social security disability which they said they would pull some money out of for child support once my son was born. Well instead of telling me he stopped getting money due to him asking he not be listed as disabled or receive checks I got the run around everythime I called checked the status of my case I finally said enough was enough I don't need the damm child support just for you guys to give me the run around cause u could care less cause him not being military and then they admitted the bben lying to me about not being able to get child support started and now he was no where on the grid had not been since two months After my sons birth no bills leases other birth certificates of other children job apps etc. With his name signed to them but my mom lives in same town is him he has a gf and new baby a year old she has seen him and he has bragged about how my son is five now and he don't have to work paychecks support and his gf mom support him even though he is capable of working etc. Which I know he is when we were together he was listed partially disabled (talking mentally) but able to work and I have seen him back then be able to do work under the table 16 hours straight doing major physical labor and function perfectly fine without needing taking any meds for mental issues . but I have started the paperwork for cs with this new baby's daddy (he left me the second I found out) so once baby is born DNA test everything needed is getting done started and they are all over it since he is military his commander has even contacted and talked to about the situation stays in contact with him so I know he is still here in oklahoma and how far away his deployment is so I am prepared for when that time comes. Just funny how when the father is from another state not military they don't care will give the run around then all of a sudden tell the new truth about doing that once its been so long of u attempting to get it doing everything needed to try and get it.
this is Oklahoma and they really don't care that much and he lived with me before that another girl which I later found out was not a roommate but the mother of his other two kids which he hid
Do you have his last known address? Sadly it depends on the state and how much the police care. They can go after him though and make him do the right thing or go to jail. I hope his family is at least cooperative. Good luck!

its hard cause if he did go back to Michigan (I'm in Oklahoma) I don't know anything about him there other than his mom and sisters fb pages.
