omg my ribs hurt so bad. Shes constantly so high and I have trouble breathing. Idk what to do to get her to move down :(

I can relate to that ill be 30 weeks tomorrow. I cant sleep my ribs are burning.

I use the cold beverage trick. He usually moves down a bit. Or I'll apply a little pressure with my hand at the bottom of my ribs. He will normally move down when I do that as well, but usually moves back up with in a few minutes in that case. Lol

My mom said she used to use ice cubes, my brother would always be up there. Hed scoot away from the cold ice when she did that. Good luck hope it helps.
