Mother's milk tea increase supply

Has anyone drank this tea or done anything specific to increase milk supply?

How soon did you start drinking mothers  milk tea?

I drank it religiously for a month and nothing ever happened. And it tastes of black licorice. Yuck!!

Fenugreek is good to take.  That's what I took. It helped me alot!

I took it all the time, but it never really did anything. I think beer helped more because of the yeast in beer it helps your milk supply but obviously don't drink a lot I think 1 was good enough and only once in awhile not everyday

I am sorry, I did not ever try this as I had read nothing worked. But i have since heard otherwise. I have heard women sware by it. It just never seemed like I made much milk, I never leaked and never felt really full. I didn't pump consistently so I'm not sure how I'd really be able to tell. My daughter grew normally and beautifully for 15 months though! Good luck and I am so happy for you for choosing to breastfeed! It really is the bees knees and much easier (says a worn out aunt who feels like I made non stop formula baotles for my little nephew today : )
