insomnia

I am 25 weeks pregnant and for at least the last 4 weeks I've not been able to sleep at night. I wake up around 2 and am up for hours. It's not for bathroom trips or anxiety. I just can't stay asleep. I'm not usually uncomfortable or have leg cramps I don't have any of the symptoms I've read that can cause insomnia I just can't sleep. I'm not sure what I can do. It makes for a very long work day which is already close to 12 hours.

I hear ya!   I'm 20+4 weeks and I've been having trouble the last few nights.   I wake up about 4-4:30 am and can't go back to sleep.  I'm just not tired anymore for some reason.

I know the feeling. I sometimes wake up and try and try to fall asleep and I can't. I try to watch a movie or do something that will relax me to find sleep again. It works sometimes. I was told that this could be baby's sleep pattern too when they come out. Not too sure how true that is.
Its almost 4am and I've been up for almost 2hra now. Wide awake!
