When I am having stress my hair on my head falls out. I have never been lucky enough for my hair on my legs to fall out.

My hair slowed down in growth too. I haven't shaved my legs once in over 2 months lol! Oh and my hair is falling out like crazy from my head... But it was the same in my first pregnancy. Everyone is different! Consider yourself lucky lol!

My hair always grows faster when I am pregnant. I would be worried about vitamin intake. It could just be a hormone issue, I would definitely ask your Dr.
