Any moms have tips on how to get my little one moving? I felt the kicks really hard the other night and just lightly since then but not really much today. I'm a worry wart!! I would like to feel him or her before I go to sleep tonight so any tips would be awesome :)

My doc tells me same thing about sweet and cold and laying on my side. But one night I put a flashlight up to my belly and it backfired on me bc she moved for hours!!

My little boy moves the most after I've been up and moving doing cleaning or a walk or something that keeps me moving, and then I sit or lay down and he kicks up a storm. Oh, and he moves when I eat ice cream. Lol. I found that out today. Lol.

I think she means pop like soda pop. Not pop rocks. I was told a half can of coke.

My doctor always tells me when I want to feel her drink something cold and sweet and then lay down , my baby loves to move when I lay on my side (:

Pop is what my L&D told me. They said they think they react to the sound of the bubbles??? Worked for me.

Try ice water and laying on your left side or oj. But be warned some babies (like mine) keep themselves entertained in the womb and may not be big movers!!
