Hi. I'm very very sorry for your loss. I for one, can tell you that I know how you feel. I lost my son back in January, he was my third, so ive been blessed with the opportunity to experience a full pregnancy and two other wonderful children. I was five months pregnant when I lost my son. Such a personnel and painful experience. There really isnt any way to cope specifically. Time is all it takes. We got pregnant four months after losin him and that's really been the only thing that has helped up move on so quickly. We were givin a tiny teddy bear with his box of pictures and hospital stuff and to be honest, we sleep with him every night. One night we sat down, looked at everything in his box, held his stuff one last time and said we wouldnt open it anymore. To help us get closure. We got him cremated, so his box and urn sit right on our nightstand. We still get sad, we still count how old he would be. We still talk about him. Wish he was still here. But the good thing outta losin him is we have our own angel above. Weve planned out doin something special every year together on his birthday. Maybe keepin her alive to an extent will help. But you and the dad HAVE to mourn her loss.there is nothing wrong with cryin all day, feelin helpless and all that comes with a loss. As long as you're there to do the duties as a wife and mother also. You cant let go of life. That's the important thing to remember. You're life goes on. You still have a daughter, just in Heaven. I still say I have 3 children. Let yourself feel the feelings that need to be felt and in time- you'll heal. Days will go by, weeka will go back and soon, months will go by and you'll realize you feel good and arent as sad. You'll never not be sad. You'll always miss her. But it will get better. All this advice was given to me by my Nana who lost my aunt when she was 10 years old. A lot different from our experiences. But nonetheless, she's still a loss. Nothing will help, only you can help yourself. You can talk to ppl to help. My username is right up there and you can talk to me if youd like. They also have cousellin and groups who have lost their babies. Idk where you're from or what kinda support you have. But don't deny the sadness, be sad and thatll help you get better. Don't rush it tho. Bless you and your family. Xoxo. Just be patient.

I'm so incredibly sorry. I don't have a lot of words of comfort.  That is a hard and devastating experience but you will make it through. Your angel would want you to continue and remember her with love and joy that at the very least you gave her life. So many hugs to you.

First i'm so sorry for your lost. Losing your child is the hardest thing I swear. but I agree have a great support around you with family and friends or find a group. Also trust in god and lean on him (if you believe there is our lord almighty). One thing that helped me alot was I went out and got a tattoo in  memory of my daughter. Idk why but it really helped a lot.

Join a support group. Look into Molly Bears, Eden's wings, and Faith's Lodge Resort. Take as many photos as possible. Donate a tree to a local park in her memory. Design a memory garden. Start a blog of your journey in grief. Take comfort from those you love who are willing to listen and talk. Read books on loss and other journeys parents have taken. Held you whole life is a great organization to look into for a memorial necklace. I could go on and on. The biggest things for me have been never forgetting to include our 3rd childs name into our lives. Moving forward to welcome more babies into our lives (scary but so worth it). And knowing you are not alone.

It is very hard and honestly something that you will always feel pain from, but you will heal. I have 2 angel babies and I still hurt from losing them but over the time I healed. It was very hard as I went through the healing process but made it through. It made it easier when I talked about my babies. The best advice I can give is find great support. There are many groups out there that can help you cope as you go through your steps of healing. One way ice learned all wounds heal but they always leave a scar for reminder. Facebook has a website that is for mother's who have had miscarriages, stillborn, or lost to preterm labor. There are so many woman that know your pain and can help you.

Time just take time. I am deeply Sorry and offer you my condolences. And I pray that you are comforted as you go through this loss. With much love to you.

So sorry to hear! Sending my thoughts and prayers to you. It is a truly heartbreaking experience. My mom and dad had their first chil pass away at 9 days old. I have heard from them it was very hard but with a great support system allowing themselves personal time to grieve and time to grieve together that it helped alot.
