Sharp Pain

I'm 9 weeks and from time to time I keep having these sharp pains in my butt(sorry) where I can barely move.Does any one know what's this from?

It helps if you can get you hubby to massage the area, it's a little personal. Heat helps too and Stretching the area the best you can

Yeah I have them too, right on my tail bone. They say it happen more often if you have a smaller frame and lighter in weight. Basically your body is reshaping itself to get ready for the baby. Some people call it pelvic or sacral pain depending on how far it reaches. There are some stretches you can to do alleviate some of the pain but everyone says it basically comes on and off at different degrees and doesn't go away until you give birth. Most mothers reassured me that the purpose of the pain is that my body getting ready for the baby.
