Omg no! In fact you should do them. They will help strengthen your pelvic floor and muscles very good for labor. And will help with incontinence now after birth and rest of your life. They are very recommended during pregnancy. I do then all then time anyways lol but for ppl that don't they deff should during pregnancy lol :-)
