I will keep that in mind. I love cheddar & Greek yogurt!!
extra shape cheddar is naturally nearly lactose free - the harder the cheese the lower the lactose content. greek yogurt is very low also
I've been drinking lactaid milk for years. They even have lactaid ice cream which is really good!! If you don't want to drink the milk you can buy pills instead. Look for lactaid pills at the store in the aisle with the tums. Taking two or three of them allows you to eat dairy products without getting sick. They are a lifesaver!! Good luck.
the lactaid tastes fine to me - i usually get the 2%
it is slightly sweeter than regular milk, but really much different
i have been using lactose free for close to 10 years
soy milk has lots of estrogen mimicking hormones - so lactose free milk is the best option if you are lactose in tolerant (most adults actually are)
Where I went they didn't have Kemps so I got Lactaid low fat, as instructed. I now have 3 half gallons. Hmmm. Lol.
Lactaid (not sure if its wic approved) tasted odd at first but you get used to it. I love almond milk though!
I use the 1 percent lactose free milk. Kemps is the best.
Yeah me ! Regular milk irritates my tummy..
Hmm, I'm willing to give it a shot!
I drink both lactose free and soy. Lactose free tastes like regular milk to me but soy tastes like a hint of a root beer float (I know, how in the world is that possible, lol). I like them both. Soy has less sugar, at least the kind I buy. I have to let my milk chill in the freezer before drinking or else I'll have a tough time getting it down.
Lactose-free milk is like magic - we switched my dad too it, he farts so much less now, its amazing
My hubby and I are both lactose intolerant and its the way to go... Soy is nasty but I love lactose free milk and it actually has way more calcium so its great for baby and mama
Yes its a real milk. They just add something to it to kill the lactaid thats how I understand it. My husband is not lactose intolerant but still drinks lactaid free milk and doesnt taste the difference.
My roommate used to buy it, so I would drink it sometimes. Elvendork's right, it tastes just like milk.

much better than soy milk, soy bothers me just as much as regular milk. Lactose free has been fantastic, my whole family uses it
