a friend caught one such person - they might think they were wrongly kicked off (but there was cause). I reported - the new profile magically disappeared

That's lame!! idk why people that get kicked off would want to come back...  But on my.phone you can click on the comment you want.to report and then the report link appears

you can also report from their profile
sometimes people who have been kicked off make a new screen name.
you can also message one of the community leaders

You have to be on the full site and have to tap the post or comment you want to report then a triangle will come up on the right that says report, click that and you can say why your reporting it and give a description. I just went to check to make sure what I had said was accurate. Its sad when we actually have to use that function. :(

I think if you log in to the full site and go to the particular post or comment you want to report there is a link there somewhere to report it. Hope that helps and works!
