im 36.5 weeks my legs are swollen all the way to my thigh and my skin is over lapping I tried elevating them is there anythang I can take

I wouldn't mess around with it! I say go to the ER & get checked out if your regular doc isn't taking it seriously.
my dr keep telling me to elevate them but its not working and like my 2ond toe be havn like a tingling feeling
I would get in touch with your doc. Usually severe swelling like that is hypertension or high blood pressure.
Go see your doc as soon as you can! This can be very dangerous
