I am having same thing. I have noticed, walking during the day sometimes help
You need potassium and magnesium. Eat some bananas, sweet potatoes, carrots and other foods rich in those minerals.
I kno what u mean This is my third but Its been six years since my last so i kinda forgot about all this n uugh i dont like it right now
I'm 23 weeks and my legs are so restless at night. I stretch them by flexing my feet back and forth or getting up and walking around. Its really aggravating!!
